CANADIAN NATIONAL FISH CARVING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Six NFCG members left for Parksville on April 7th in order to arrive a couple days early for a Board meeting and some relaxation prior to the Show (see page 2 of this report for photos of the trip and some of the "memories"). This is the last year for the Show to be held in Parksville and we will surely miss going there. Those who manage the Show and the local citizens of this beautiful little town have provided many memories over the past 7 or 8 years and it has consistently been one of the highlights of our year. Next year the Show moves to Victoria BC, also on Vancouver Island and will provide a much different experience due to the far larger city and urban venue.
